TPD: Victim's family no-show at meeting to discuss officer-involved

After an officer shot a man suspected in an armed robbery, Tampa PD Chief Dugan expressed condolences on behalf of the department and set up a meeting with the victim's distraught family, however they did not attend the meeting. Previous video caption stated Chief Dugan was a no-show at the meeting.
