Surveillance footage shows suspect stealing cellphone from collapsed jogger

St. Louis police released surveillance video showing a suspect in a red van approach a woman who had collapsed while jogging on the sidewalk. He could be seen stealing the victim's cellphone, then left her to die instead of calling for help.
