Friend, fellow officer honored to drive Madsen memorial patrol vehicle

Master Patrol Officer Ryan Agostinis was friends with Jesse Madsen on and off the force at the Tampa Police Department, up until Madsen veered his patrol cruiser into the path of a wrong-way driver and died. Now Officer Agostinis is honored to drive a patrol vehicle bearing the name and end of watch of his former brother.
