Shooting victim's boyfriend 'left her to die,' family says

The intended target for a shooting that killed a 21-year-old mother of 2 is said to have taken the children and run off after someone sprayed bullets into their car. Detectives say K?Mia Summers' boyfriend, Parise Lovett dropped the babies off at a family member's house and now hasn't been seen since.
