Hillsborough House of Hope wants women to dream big through boutique shopping

A Christian halfway house for women who were in jail recently opened Dream Boutique, based out of a Tampa home. It’s where those women, who can sometimes walk out of jail with nothing, can gain some hope and confidence to move forward with a new wardrobe.
