Vaccine passport ban may include cruise exemption, report says

As cruise lines try to reopen in Florida, they face a collision course with Governor Ron DeSantis over the requirement that passengers show proof of vaccination. The governor signed a new state law banning so called ?vaccine passports,? but cruise industry leaders may have found a way around it.
