Parts of Pinellas County to see increased flooding, study shows

A new study says low lying St. Petersburg neighborhoods like Shore Acres will see up to 10 times as many days of high tide flooding by 2033 as compared to 2023. The study forecasts around 7 days of high tide flooding in 2023, but skyrocketing to 70 such days in 2033.
