Private fireworks show gets FWC's attention

An HOA board member acting as a private citizen is planning to shoot off fireworks in the Twin Lakes neighborhood in Brandon on the Fourth of July. Bird advocates are upset because it's a nesting area and protected by federal law. If a bird dies from fireworks, the person who set them off could face charges.
