Saturday evening tropical update

FOX 13 meteorologist Tyler Eliasen is keeping a close eye on Tropical Storm Elsa as it heads toward Cuba. Eliasen says how the storm navigates over Cuba is crucial to the impact it may have on the Bay Area and will determine whether or not it falls a part or gains strength as it enters the southeastern part of the Gulf.
