Rare blanket octopus spotted off Manatee County coast

It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see a female blanket octopus, which can weigh 40,000 more than the male counterpart. For one local fishing captain, he had the chance to see one curious blanket octopus swimming around his boat.
