Man who held teen against his will pleads guilty

A man claiming to be a police officer who illegally stopped a black teen on a bike took a plea deal Tuesday. Prosecutors say Luis Santos-Santiago racially profiled the teenager, but Santos-Santiago doesn?t see it that way.
