Near shore, offshore waters making up for inshore losses due to red tide

Captain Dylan Hubbard of Hubbard’s Marina says those near shore and offshore waters adjacent to the large-scale fish kill happening inshore and along the beaches right now are producing great catches at this time and making up for the total loss inshore.
