High concentrations of red tide detected on Pinellas beaches

High concentrations of red tide were detected today along the Pinellas County coastline from Indian Shores down to Pass-A-Grille. Despite the conditions, beachgoers really made the best of it today. FOX 13's Justin Matthews reports.
