Attorneys of deadly DUI suspect say he wasn?t intoxicated

A Tampa man has a track record of driving while under the influence and last November he was accused of being drunk in a crash that killed a mother of two. However, his attorneys said he wasn?t intoxicated and they said they have the evidence to prove it.
