Manatee deputies bonded through service on 9/11

Within the halls of the Manatee County Courthouse, three Manatee County Deputies share a bond few would ever understand. Twenty years ago, Sergeant John Neri, Deputy Kurt Potter and Deputy Kevin Kobetitsch worked for the New York Police Department.
