FHP trooper, woman run to avoid being hit by truck on side of Florida highway

Dashcam video from the Florida Highway Patrol shows the terrifying moment when a trooper and a woman with a flat tire narrowly avoided being hit by a pickup truck on the side of Interstate 95. The car that caused the chain reaction crash fled the scene.
