Man accused of deadly DUI crash says he wasn't driving

Florida Highway Patrol troopers say Jeremy Guerrero was high on meth nearly two years ago when he caused a crash that killed Maria Perez, 57, a mother of five, on Interstate 75 near Big Bend Road.
