Morning update: Polls open in St. Pete mayoral election

Residents of St. Petersburg head to the polls Tuesday to cast their vote for the next mayor. After 7 p.m., the city should know whether Ken Welch or Robert Blackmon will take the reins from Rick Kriseman.
