Grady Judd sounds alarm on Amendment 3
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, police chiefs, fire chiefs and firefighters gathered in Tampa on Monday to warn that Amendment 3, a proposed property tax amendment, could strain local government budgets and make it harder to maintain emergency services as communities grow.
