City approves north downtown redevelopment

The City of Tampa has officially selected a proposal by PMG Affordable to redevelop four properties on the northern edge of downtown, including the site of the old Army-Navy Surplus Market store and the Royal parking lot. FOX 13's Ariel Plasencia reports.
