Fugitive from Oregon caught 12 years later

A man on the run for more than a decade is in jail after Pinellas County detectives found Joseph Davis, who was wanted in Oregon and in Volusia County, living in St. Petersburg. FOX 13’s Genevieve Curtis reports.
