DeSantis signs bill blocking proposed cruise terminal

A controversial plan to build a cruise terminal in Manatee County took a big hit on Thursday as Governor DeSantis signed a bill that makes dredging in the area much more difficult. FOX 13’s Evan Axelbank reports.
