State Sen. aims to block proposed port

Sen. Jim Boyd, who represents parts of Manatee and Hillsborough counties, has proposed an amendment to a coastal resiliency bill that would expand dredging protections over the Terra Ceia Aquatic Preserve. FOX 13's Kellie Cowan reports.
