Baseball bat designed to beat records

Pirates star O'Neil Cruz has the record for the hardest hit ball in MLB history. The ball left the bat with 122.9 miles per hour exit velocity, but one local man helped design a bat that beats that number with ease. FOX 13's Mark Skol Jr. reports.
