Are flamingoes on the verge of a comeback in Florida?

Florida lawmakers will consider naming the flamingo the official state bird during the upcoming legislative session. While flamingoes are native to Florida, they're exceptionally rare, but it hasn't always been that way. FOX 13's Lloyd Sowers reports.
