SARASOTA, Fla. - Traffic is moving again in both directions along Fruitville Rd. in Sarasota County, after a crash involving a patrol car forced troopers to shut the road down on Thursday morning.
Troopers responded to the scene around 6:30 a.m. Thursday near the entrance to The Founders Club, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
No further details about the crash have been released.
