TAMPA, Fla. - The annual Gasparilla festivities are underway in Tampa!
The Jose Gasparilla ship and dozens of other boats made their way to the docks of the Tampa Convention Center around 1 p.m. That's where Mayor Bob Buckhorn will surrender the key to the city.
From there, the pirates will gear up for the parade, which officially begins at 2 p.m. along Bayshore Boulevard.
