ORLANDO, Fla. - A Florida man is accused of stabbing and killing his wife's boyfriend at their Daytona Beach home.
The Volusia County Sheriff's office reported the incident Wednesday afternoon, March 18, as a domestic disturbance assault.
What we know:
Deputies responded to a home on Gary Boulevard around 2:50 p.m. after receiving a report that one man – identified as Austin Noel, 32 – stabbed another man. The victim was taken to a hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries. The victim – identified as Jacob Barrho, 34, – later died, deputies reported.

In an investigation, deputies determined that Noel – who is still legally married to his wife – still lived with her. The wife's boyfriend moved into the same home earlier this year, the sheriff's office said.
What we don't know:
At this time, it's not known what led to the stabbing.
Noel is being held without bond at the Volusia County Branch Jail. His first appearance is set for March 19 at 1:30 p.m.
