Semi hanging off Howard Frankland Bridge

TAMPA (FOX 13) - Tampa Police are on scene and assisting Florida Highway Patrol Officers with a traffic crash northbound towards Tampa on the Howard Frankland Bridge. The crash involves a  truck that is hanging off the bridge and traffic is consequently shut down to only one lane. Police say motorists can expect the road to be closed for at least two hours and they ask drivers to seek alternate routes and avoid this area.
