TAMPA, Fla. - An overturned truck hauling a trailer shut down I-75 southbound between Fowler Ave and the Bypass Canal, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
All Southbound lanes blocked and Northbound lanes impacted due to onlookers.
Some cars are passing on the inside shoulder.
