Handicap parking permits for pregnant women

A recent change in Florida law sparked a lawsuit. Starting July 1, a bill sponsored by State Representative Fiona McFarland and signed into law has allowed all expecting mothers in Florida to get a handicapped placard for their car with a note from their doctor. Now, disability advocate Olivia Keller is challenging that law, claiming it violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, and should be scrapped. We spoke with Keller and Rep. McFarland so both of them could make their case.
