Man uses money stolen from elderly on strip clubs
Pasco County deputies say a Tarpon Springs man swindled a mentally handicapped, senior citizen out of more than $100,000. They say a good chunk of that money was spent at strip clubs. William Tide is facing two charges of taking advantage of someone elderly or disabled.
