Mom brings hit-and-run suspect to FHP

The mother of a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run crash brought her son to the Florida Highway Patrol substation in Tampa to turn himself in Monday. The crash killed the driver of a motorcycle and injured his passenger, who is still in the hospital two days later.
