Church pulls plan for affordable housing

Pastor Tim Kelley and his congregation at Grace Connection Church have backed out of a deal with the City of St. Pete. The cash strapped church was going to sell the West St. Pete property which runs along Bear Creek to the city for $1.75 million -- in turn, the city was planning to build 86 affordable, workforce housing units on the land.
