Family pleads for help finding lost parrot

Two-year-old Echo is social and smart. The Indian ring-neck parakeet's bright red beak and light blue feathers set his appearance apart from the mostly-green parakeets often found in Bay Area trees. He went missing from Hillsborough River State Park.
