A fire broke out at SkyLand Ranch amusement park in Sevierville, Tennessee – the hometown of Dolly Parton – on Friday. 

Fire breaks out at amusement park

Dramatic footage recorded by Chris Rogan shows flames and smoke rising near a roller-coaster track, which is visible against the night sky.

According to SkyLand Ranch, two barns were damaged in the fire. The park reported that all animals housed in the barns were evacuated safely and that no injuries occurred.

Local news outlets said the fire was first reported shortly after 2 a.m. on Feb. 13, and responding crews worked to contain the blaze.

Fire at Disney World’s EPCOT last year

Last year, a fire sparked backstage at Walt Disney World's EPCOT theme park, sending a dark plume of smoke above the World Showcase, near the France Pavilion. 

People at or near the park flooded social media with videos and photos of the fire and smoke.

FOX 35 Orlando confirmed that some people had to be evacuated off "Remy's Ratatouille Adventure" to backstage. No injuries were reported.
