Man dances into 99th year

TAMPA (FOX 13) - He's a dancing sensation, defying expectations with every step.

Don Nash is turning 99 this Saturday and he's celebrating his birthday with a special dance party organized by the Tampa Bay Dance Club.

"It gets me going I guess you would say it gets me excited and I like the beat of the music," said Don Nash. 

He started dancing at age 15. His late wife, of more than 60 years, encouraged him to pursue dancing and he soon discovered his talent.

"My wife taught me, she said I either learn to dance, or she wasn't going to date me, so I had to learn to dance," said Nash.
