Man struck by car and killed while fixing flat tire on I-275 shoulder, FHP looking for suspect
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla - The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a driver who they say hit and killed a Lakeland man who was fixing a flat tire on the shoulder of I-275 just north of 4th St. N in St. Pete.

FHP says they believe the suspect's vehicle is possibly an unknown model Tesla.

The 37-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
