Deputies said the man shot his roommate after a night of drinking.

A Florida man was arrested after shooting his roommate in the face and the hip at a home in Deltona on Sunday morning, the Volusia Sheriff's Office said.

The shooting apparently happened after the two got into an argument following a night of drinking, according to the sheriff's office.
