The story behind this touching note

A heart-wrenching note left on the window of a sandwich shop in Oklahoma has gone viral.
Here's the story behind it.
Ashley Jiron, the owner of P.B. James, posted the sign after she realized a homeless person was recently digging through her trash to find a meal.
The note, which she posted on the window of the shop and on the dumpster, reads:
"To the person going through our trash for their next meal, you're a human being and worth more than a meal from a dumpster. Please come in during operating hours for a classic PB&J, fresh veggies, and a cup of water at no charge. No questions asked."
Jiron told KFOR that she will not be taking the sign down until that person comes into the store for a meal.
