Woman charged in deadly hit-and-run crash
An eight-year-old boy is dead and a ten-year-old boy remains in the hospital. They were hit by a car outside their church in Winter Haven earlier this week. The Polk County Sheriff's Office says the suspected driver took off, but was arrested last night. FOX 13's Kylie Jones reports.
