Child, adult seriously injured after dirt bike strikes 6-year-old crossing Bartow street
BARTOW, Fla. - A 6-year-old child sustained serious injuries Friday afternoon after being hit by a dirt bike while crossing Summerlin Street in Bartow, according to police.
The adult driver of the dirt bike was also seriously injured in the crash.
Both were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
