Sandbags available in case of Tampa flooding

The city of Tampa is making sandbags available to residents in case of flooding.

The sandbags will be available Monday at the following locations from 2:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Bobby Hicks Pool: 4201 W. Mange Ave.
  • Jackson Heights Playground: 3310 E. Lake Ave.

Those who are in need of sandbags must show ID to verify they live within city limits. There is a 10 bag limit.
