Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw said a suspect armed with an AK-47 assault rifle was shot and killed by officers Monday afternoon. Authorities investigate I-75 incident involving Miami-Dade police director

Officials with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said the incident is currently under investigation.
