Florida State University's Noles will be back on the football field very soon. Head Coach Mike Norvell and the Seminoles have been conducting workouts at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.

The University of Florida Gators are looking to take a leap in 2023. Inconsistency derailed Billy Napier's first season, but a lot of roster turnover has happened. Promising young talent has them optimistic toward the future, and they believe fans will start to see that turn happen this season.

The weight room is just the start of the University of Florida's massive $85 million Heavener Football Training Center. It opened last year with a dining hall, locker rooms, video games, meeting areas, pool and a weight room.
