FOX 13 Meteorologist Tyler Eliasen says Hurricane Ida was a text-book looking storm as it made landfall as a category 4 hurricane in Louisiana on Sunday. He says it will continue to be a hurricane as it makes its way into Mississippi and will then bring rain to the northeast and mid-Atlantic states over the next 4-5 days.
