TPD donates special bike to 10-year-old

A little boy experienced the joy of a new bike for the very first time Friday, thanks to the Tampa Police Department. Ten-year-old Alexi thought he was going to a doctor’s appointment, but he went to a Tampa police station instead, where he got the very special surprise.
