St. Pete prepares for surge in COVID-19 patients
St. Petersburg is working with the Pinellas County government and area hotels to provide a place for those infected with COVID-19 who need to self-isolate, but don’t have a place to go. He also says as the city’s hospitals are preparing for a possible surge. There is concern about the number of intensive care beds and vents.
