Charley continues visiting local places famous for a good breakfast in the Bay area.

This morning he stops by Skyway Jack's, a place that's been a favorite to locals for many years. They serve up great traditional breakfasts, but also offer something else that is very popular in only one particular part of the country: scrapple!
