Whatever Pops and Bowls brings sweet treats to Seminole Heights

TAMPA (FOX 13) - Charley Belcher spent his Friday morning at Whatever Pops and Bowls in the Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa. There, he got to indulge in homemade gelato, waffles on a stick, and acai bowls.
